At this time, those trainees who have excelled in the programme may be offered permanent employment with twofour54 intaj. The twofour54 community also consistent of a number of media organisations looking for bright, young Arabic talent and twofour54 will assist in connecting trainees with these organisations with the aim of future employment. It is envisaged that upon completion, trainees would be able to secure employment in the following occupations:
- Camera operator
- Lighting operator or engineer
- Audio operator or engineer
- Transmission operator
- Vision mixer / Technical Director
- Floor Manager
- Graphics and Video Editor
- Media Operations Manager
