- Digital photography basics and composition
- Photo archiving in iPhoto
- Computer graphics
- Mac basics
- Intro to photo editing and retouching with Adobe Photoshop
- Basic video formats
- Digital video camera shooting skills (mobile phones, flip cameras and video camcorders)
- Recording and sound editing with Garage Band
- Video editing with Apple iMovie
- Creating DVDs with Apple iDVD
