The aims of this professional development course are to boost personal confidence, to enhance assertiveness skills, to teach the importance of time management and to improve communication skills.

By the end of this course delegates will be able to, recognise the impact of tone/words/body language on communication, adapt their leadership style in order to meet the differing needs of their team members, recognise and practice assertive behaviour, demonstrate appropriate feedback techniques in a range of situations,   recognise ways to motivate their team,  define delegation and its benefits - identify those tasks which they feel they will be able to delegate and understand how to deal with conflict in the workplace.
