This location shooting setup course focuses on setting up a documentary shoot and the shooting skills needed on location and during post production. A location shooting exercise and accompanying edit introduce delegates to schedule preparation, shot-listing and continuity.
The aims of this location shooting setup course include how to work effectively on location, how to develop shot listing skills, and how to have an awareness of continuity.
By the end of this course delegates have acquired the shootings skills to set up a location shoot, have gained experience of the Production Co-ordinator’s role on location shooting and be conversant with the PC's role in the edit.
