The aims of this tv production management course are to equip production staff and tv production managers with the core skills needed to successfully manage a factual television programme and develop their financial and team management skills.
By the end of this course delegates will have gained the core skills required to successfully manage a television production and its staff which they can then augment by attending additional specialist skill courses.
