RFI Talent + is the training arm of Radio France Internationale and offers a broad range of vocationally oriented short courses in Radio.

Subjects include writing, scheduling, programming, voice, producing, games, and digitization. Course examples include Radio Design, Station Image, Producing and Presenting Interactive Programs, Maintenance of Equipment, Improving Local Radio, and Voice Training.

RFI Talent + mission is to make available the experience and knowledge base of RFI professionals to foreign radio stations.

RFI Talent + works across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America; all over the world their teams are providing training and advice in all of the languages spoken on their airwaves, most often in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.

The organisation’s philosophy with training is based on gaining practical radio techniques which arise from the participants’ professional environment. To enable this approach, groups are generally limited to 6 to 10 people per trainer, and trainers are specialists in their area, with a deep knowledge of the socio-political environments and the working conditions of the participants.
