Deema Termanini is a UAE-based Group Account Director for Hill & Knowlton. Deema has worked in the region’s public relations industry for more than 15 years, beginning in Jordan with the Investment Promotion Corporation promoting foreign investment to the Kingdom.

Moving to Dubai in late 1999, Deema took up a position with a small marketing communications agency where she established the public relations department. With a roster of clients in the hotel and hospitality industry, Deema a strong depth of experience in events management and promotions.

Deema is also highly experienced in consumer, corporate and government communications as well as corporate responsibility programmes. Her clients include INJAZ al-Arab, a regional NGO that works to empower entrepreneurs and helps students prepare to enter the work force. Deema has conducted communications training for Hill & Knowlton clients in the UAE, Lebanon and Jordan.

Deema graduated from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany in 1995, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business.

Deema is fluent in Arabic and English, and speaks German and French moderately.
