Alex, a German National, has over 12 years experience in the vocational and higher education sector with academic qualifications in Music Education and Multimedia Production. He worked as a professional musician, music educator and as a lecturer in multimedia production across a range of subjects that include Graphic Design, Online Publishing, Media Management and Media Psychology. Alex has a successful track record in various management–related positions and is highly regarded as consistently delivering an excellent level of customer satisfaction and school performance. Before joining twofour54, Alex was the General Manager of SAE Institute Dubai which received an award for "excellent services to the industry" in 2008. 

Before he came to the UAE, Alex was the the Associate Regional Director of SAE international media technology college with tenures as a college manager in Singapore and Jordan. Other projects have included the implementation of educational quality assurance mechanisms and performance reviews of SAE's colleges in India, Thailand, Malaysia and Kuwait.
