Maher enjoyed his childhood under the sunny skies of the Northern Territories in Australia, where he was born. 

Moving to Egypt in his late teens, Maher was confronted with learning the Arabic Language from scratch and as one of his greatest achievements, triumphed over the local high school Arabic exams and has continued to speak both English and Arabic as his first languages.

With over 10 years of sales experience, Maher has held several senior positions in various industries and businesses ranging from Hospitality to Education and Media. Prior to joining twofour54 tadreeb, Maher held the position of Sales and Development Manager for BackLite Media LLC, widely regarded as Dubai’s premier supplier of high quality out-of-home media services. 

Maher is committed to the principles of education and training having completed several courses in Marketing, Accounting and Business and Executive Management through the University of Cambridge. He is currently completing a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
